Martin Richman designed the lighting for the play Fewer Emergencies by Martin Crimp, which premiered at the Royal Court Theatre, London, in September 2005. The lighting was an integral part of the whole production and acted, in a sense, as the set. Both the play and lighting were incredibly well received.
