Description

Exhibition at the Crafts Council, London, exploring new proposals for the use of glass in architecture.  Curated by Tim McFarlane and Alexander Beleschenko. Touring to the Architecture Centre, Bristol; Northern Gallery For Contemporary Art, Sunderland; Glynn Vivian, Swansea; City Museum and Art Gallery, Carlisle.

Two sculptures involving two sheets of glass sandblasted with positive and negative spots and then illuminated. In Passing Through the larger sheets formed walls of a corridor so that a viewer could pass between them or view them from outside. There were luminaires, which cross-faded from one side to the other, shifting the viewer’s perceptions of the space. Spot Me
